Paid game will not reinstall

Discus and support Paid game will not reinstall in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am trying to reinstall a game purchased years ago and it will not install.     Paid game will not reinstall


    I am trying to reinstall a game purchased years ago and it will not install. Yes, it's in my past payment history and have played the game since then. How or why it was uninstalled is beyond me as I did not uninstall it.

    ok, thru with that, but Store Experience updating at 57kbps. Must think it's hooked up to dial-up with that download speed. Might be ready tomorrow 😒 spoke too soon. 22kbps..

    Getting over pneumonia from earlier this week. Hope you are doing better.

    This is on xBox 1.

    When trying to install, a 7.6gb load is done within seconds. Way too fast. When checking afterwards, it shows the game still uninstalled.

    Trying again now, the 7.6 is loading at normal speed for one part of downloads. All others, 6gb and others take seconds. Those do not load.



    Space is not an issue, 35.6% used with 503gb free.

    After downloading Borderlands 2 Ultra HD Texture Pack, twice, it does not show as being installed. The Pre-Sequel and Fight for Sanctuary are the two that quick load within seconds.
