    just bought Overwatch and paid for Xbox live for the first time. I played for maybe an hour and then went out. Now it's saying I have too pay for another subscription but then moves on to say my subscription is past due and sends me off to waste more time.
    Can't ring them as apparently a huge corporation can't afford 24 hour assistance. How can Microsoft be so dishonest and take peoples moneyyet deliver no service? I checked my order and it's all there, money has come out of my account. Where's the service?????????

    just paid for new account profile and trying play xbox live its saying notice the current profile is not allowed to play... i just payed for it and now i cant play????
