Paid for Xbox Gold, cant play games

Hi All.

We bought our daughter an XBOX1 for christmas and now we have just bought her a yearly subscription for xbox gold. Problem is she cannot load any games, and no matter what we try the same error comes up time after time. We have tried the standard trouble
as per your website suggests but to no avail.

Error code is as follows

"Sign in with the profile used to buy this game, and make sure that your subscription to Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or EA Access is up to date. (0x803f9000a)

Essentially we have purchased Xbox Gold and the Xbox confirms this in settings under Subscriptions and Billing but we cannot use any of the Gold features, and receive the above error code when starting any game

And this means our daughter has an expensive paper weight. Any help would be great.

If it is , as the previous Ambassador told you delete and add your account on the Xbox.

If not, call Xbox helpdesk > https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

Do you own the licenses to the games or own game pass under her account or anothers.

which game in question is it that given you the profile used to buy this game error code?.
