    paid for the download, but it never completes


    Just bought CoD: Black Ops II on Live and the download started normally. It reached 1% then immediately displayed "Can't download" message at the bottom of the screen. I tried the troubleshooting given (deleting the cahe/interrupted game file in storage)
    but it didn't work. The download may progress one or two percent each time I start, but it has yet to go over 6%.

    Any suggestions?

    Does it appear in your purchase history here on Xbox.com? If so, when you add it to your download queue, what happens?

    Same problem with gta v, tried the same solution still no luck. Another Xbox live issue perhaps?

    I think so. Xbox Live Support said they were getting a lot of these complaints, but that they were woking on fixing it.

    It just happened to me trying to download Max Payne 3. Gets to 4% and it stops.

    Almost all my digital 360 games are doing the same thing. Its beyond frustrating. Hopefully they will fix this "issue" soon.

    Just finished downloading Skyrim. The issue seems to be resolved so go try yours again fellow gamers. Thanks for the quick fix Microsoft!! Much love to support as always
