Paid for solitaire, now getting ads again

I have paid for premium membership twice and still get ads. Sometimes they are cut short but other times the full page of the ad pops up. I don't know what to do about it. I had the premium membership then my computer had to be reset and when I got my
solitaire games back the ads started again. So I paid a second time and still get ads. What do I do? I'm not paying again!

On January 18th I got Solitaire No ads for $1.99 and got tricked into getting Amazon Prime which was automatically deducted from me for $15.13 on Jan 23rd and Feb 21st. I complained and got a refund on Feb 23rd. As expected I had the automatic withdrawal from my account of $1.99 on Febuary 21st. On March 29th I switched to Solitaire no ads once a year payment of $14.99 which I paid. Now on April 18th I still got an autmatic withdrawal for $1.99 anyway. Please refund the $1.99 and keep me in Solitaire no ads for a year with no more withdrawalls until March 29, 2024.

Can't access Microsoft Solitaire at all now! - the ad for the solitaire day just cycles round and round

@BattyMoney6 Have you tried uninstalling Solitaire, clean out your cache & then do a restart... then go to the Store then Games, make sure you're in the 'Top Free' section - not 'New Releases' or 'Top Paid' - & try a download & install of the free version
of MS Solitaire again. (There's now the free version & a version you pay for - no ad's & more points & coins... very bad idea IMO.) I don't know whether this will work, whether you'll get that annoying "You already own this app." message, but worth a shot
if you haven't tried this already. BTW, you do have to sign in with your password even for free Xbox Live games & you don't have to have Friends: it's Solitaire!!
