Paid for Rental and got error c101a3ff now it won't play back

Paid for suicide squad for streaming, since they give you like 13 days until expiration I got to it two days after purchasing. Started up the 360, went to my movies where it shows the play movie button, only to see that it it was watched 97%, but shows I
have 11 days left till expiration, when I tried to play the rental

It hit me with status code c101a3ff and won't let me play the movie at all. Someone tell me what the duece is going on, will I get a refund or how do I make it play?

I'd like refund of a rental movie that won't play

Hi,

I still have 23 hrs left to watch Zoolander 2. I'm using Xbox 360 and it only gives me an error code: c101a3ff. I tried to boot the console many times and also cleared the storage cache. I also tried to use the native Movies App on WIN 10 on PC, but the movie
is not even visible in my library there.

Since this issue won't be resolved until my rental time is up, I would like a refund, because I'm unable to watch the movie.

I'm sorry to see any playback issues with your purchase of Suicide Squad. We are unable to assist with Movies & TV issues here on our Xbox Support forums, however they will be able to get you sorted out on the

You may need to set it up to have a refund through
our phone and chat support to rent the movie again, though. Be sure to keep that in mind.
