    Paid for puzzles back in Downloadable Collections


    I have paid for 42 collections and have been working through the puzzles. Recently, I found that only 32 of the puzzles are available. The other 10 are back in the downloadable area and have to be paid for again. Also, I completed ten of the collections
    that I have access to and now they show that I have only finished two or three of the puzzles. How do I get back to where I was?

    Jigsaw Download Failure

    I cannot download collections of puzzles now - apparently this is a recurring problem. Coins are subtracted but puzzles are unavailable to play.

    Classic Jigsaw Puzzles (Windows 10) -- not downloading HELP!

    I am having the same problem as all of you but it is now to the point where I click download on either the free puzzles or paid puzzles and it kicks me out of the game completely and goes back to my home screen. No instance in the task manager either.
    If I restart I can play the puzzles but I cannot download anything.

    I have the same issue. I paid for the puzzles, and the game just crashes when clicking on the download button on that puzzle.

    I've got the same problem! I go to the Download Collections page and it shows they are downloaded, but no puzzles are showing up.
