Paid for premium edition of Microsoft Solitaire on Windows 10, still get ads on one device

I paid for the premium edition of solitaire. When I play on my tablet, there are no ads. When I play on my PC, I get ads. Same sign in, data downloaded from cloud. What is the fix for this?

Problems with Premium Subscription to Solitaire

I paid for the premium version of Microsoft Solitaire while logged into Windows 10 on my PC, but Android still gets ads logged into the same xbox live account.

Hi Team - I've got "microsoft solitaire premium edition" running on a windows 10 machine.

My subscription is valid until October 2018.

When I launch "solitaire" I get a message advising me to update to premium edition and I

also get ads trying to sell other microsoft games.

I purchased premium edition to get away from the rubbish ads not get more of them.

I have paid for premium membership twice and still get ads. Sometimes they are cut short but other times the full page of the ad pops up. I don't know what to do about it. I had the premium membership then my computer had to be reset and when I got my
solitaire games back the ads started again. So I paid a second time and still get ads. What do I do? I'm not paying again!

I have lost access to my Premium Edition as well that doesn't expire until October. Once I completed the update to the Windows Anniversary Edition, 1607, is when this happened. Every now and then (maybe 1 in 10 times) it will come up as Premium Edition,
but most of the time it doesn't. I'm having no trouble with the Microsoft Mahjong Collection only the Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

Premium Subscriptions are valid only for the game and operation system on which it was purchased. For example, if you purchased Premium for Microsoft Solitaire on your Windows computer – it will only be valid for Microsoft Solitaire on devices that run Windows. It will not be valid on mobile devices that run iOS or Android, and it will not be valid for any other Microsoft Casual Game beyond Microsoft Solitaire Collection.
