Paid for order in December 2021 never received the Xbox I purchased or a refund

I bought Vbucks for R239.99 on 30 October 2021. Twice it didn't work. The 3rd time I got it. When I checked my bank statement it went of 3 times and was paid to Microsoft.

I requesteda refund. Received a message to say refund was successful but never received the money back for the one refund request. Microsoft owes 3× R239.99 at that stage.

I tried I don't even know how many times to contact Microsoft. Wrote how many messages and tried to phone all available numbers. Everything is online but I was unsuccessful.

Even where say request a call back. Nothing works. Neber received a call back. Real bad service.

Today 6 December I bought Vbucks for R239.99 again. Again I received nothing but it was paid to Microsoft. Tried everything again but with no luck. Now they owe me 4×R239.99

So I had the same issue I had ordered mine November 25th 2021 and by November 30th my controller and game was sent.. I finally had received a delivery date for December 29th for the console but still felt skeptical that I even had a spot reserved because my money was never took out for the console.. finally yesterday December 27th it says it had shipped and expedited with a tracking number So just hang in there it’ll come!

so i did receive the game but only after the second purchase, but i was told by a friend who went through a similar experience that i must request a refund to get back that R500 that was charged originally when i didn't receive the game, when i submitted the refund i stated a duplicate purchase occurred, and when i was redunded i was only refunded for the one purchase instead of 2

That's my point: You will only get one refund as the error only occured once:

- Purchase 1: Paid for the game, didn't receive it so entitled to a refund

- Purchase 2: Paid for the game, received the game. not entitled to a refund

You requested a refund for the first error and got your refund. The second purchase went through correctly, you paid for the game and you received the game so no refund necessary. The game cost R500, you received the game and got charged R1000 (2 attempts), you received R500 back so you have paid R500 which was the price of the game

Only reason for getting 2 refunds back is if you wanted to return the game without playing it

You had to purchase the game by December 31, 2016 in order to receive the other games.
