    If that's the case, it means that it was not successful and if you were charged for the game you may need to reach out to your bank to dispute the charge.

    Just a friendly reminder though that all successful transactions are added to our order history in real-time which means that if it's not showing from there it may mean that it's on a different account. Kindly check all Microsoft accounts that you own.
