    Just got through chatting with support and they said that it was the production companies that probably mislabeled it. Said they would look into it and keep checking back. Since they refunded my money, it might quit playing on my console, so how would I
    know if they ever got if fixed without buying it again? Glad you got it too, nice to know I'm not going crazy. =)

    On Nov. 1st I purchased Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla(2002) in SD and when I tried to play the movie, It was Godzilla VS Mechagodzilla(1974). It's the equivalent of buying Rocky5 on DVD and getting home opening the case to find out it's Rocky3 inside.
    I bought it from the Xbox video app and the trailer it shows is the correct one, but the movie itself is different. I have already talked to customer support on the phone and they suggested I try here. I have tried playing on both the 360 console and the Windows
    video app on my Windows 8.1 computer to the same effect. I'm not sure if there is a fix and was wondering if anyone else had this issue and what could be done to fix it if possible. I live in the US if that helps any with region issues. Thanks for your time

    Hi tyspartin,

    I've confirmed that the correct Black Sheep movie is now playing. If you downloaded the movie, you'll need to delete and re-download, otherwise, if you're streaming you're good to go. Apologies for the issue and the delay in getting it fixed.

    You would probably want to make a post in regards to this in the Xbox Music & Video forums
    here.

    I know that airmattdog works for the Xbox Video team and he would probably be able to get that corrected. Please make sure when you make a post that you give the most information such as the date you purchased as well as what country/region you're in :).

    The short answer is that you'll probably have to end up waiting a while to enjoy some Godzilla and Mechagodzilla action. Unfortunately, it'd be pretty difficult to determine if the content has been fixed without paying for it again, but if after a while
    it's not been fixed, contact support again I suppose.

    Confirmed. It's definitely Godzilla VS Mechagodzilla. Starts out with Anguirus on the ocean, and then GODZILLA! GODZILLA! GODZILLA! and then the title.

    Your best bet is to contact Xbox Music support here:
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us     and they can escalate up a Marketplace correction ticket.
