    Paid for no ads, ads still play.


    Twice I have paid for the Premium Edition of Microsoft Solitaire. Both times it continues to play ads. Can this be fixed?

    Also over the last several weeks when playing ANY Microsoft game a commercial plays and at the end of the ad instead of sending me to the game it closes the game and I have to get back into it. Where it plays the ad and the same thing happens. Can this be
    fixed?

    Ads are not removed

    I paid $14.99 to get ads removed for a year and yet, there are still ads. What is up? If your not going to remove the ads, give me my money back.

    Paid for premium edition of Microsoft Solitaire on Windows 10, still get ads on one device

    I paid for the premium edition of solitaire. When I play on my tablet, there are no ads. When I play on my PC, I get ads. Same sign in, data downloaded from cloud. What is the fix for this?

    Disabling ads as a Gold member

    If you don't like the ads, ignore them. Ads are everywhere.......and I mean everywhere.......it's a part of life. Look at Hulu plus, or whatever, it's a paid service and it still has ads.
