Paid for membership but got nothing

    Paid for membership but got nothing


    hi all, I’ve just paid for a months membership. The funds have been removed from my bank and it says I have gold on my Xbox but is still not letting me play online?? Connection to Xbox live is good...? I’m I missing something??

    I paid with a credit card for a new membership, but my screen just froze, then I paid again for a new membership because I didnt know what happened, but the same thing happened, my screen froze, so I after 15 minutes I turn it off, then turn it on to see
    if I got the membership. Then I got 2 e-mails, "thank you for paying blah, blah, we missed you," on both e-mails, so I thought: "yeah, I paid twice now I have another 3 months" but no, I paid twice and I have no membership, I can download the games with gold,
    but I can't get in a group, cant play online either, help me guys, wtheck, paid twice for nothing??? it says I have it, but I don't, it says it expires on august 3 this year, c'mon guys!! help a guy in need!!!!

    A trial membership doesn't offers all the perks of paid membership

    I suggest you to get a paid gold membership to use xbox live features fully

    What the Freaking Crap??

    Beware of those dashboard renewal scams like the 2 months for 2 dollars thing. They got me before too trying to lock my card until the membership expired. I had to fight with cust service on the phone including supervisors to get it removed and auto-renew
    turned off. From now on, it's pre-paid cards or nothing at all.

    oh btw you don't get all gold features just the basic multiplayer featueres with the game you got the code with

    only paid gold memberships will have the full benefits
