Paid for gold, says charged 5-15 says expired 5-17

IDK what to do, or why its saying I dont have gold when it was paid for the other day.

Paid for 1 month of Xbox Gold, only got 14 days

I paid 6,99€ via automatic renewal for Xbox Gold on 7/5/17, yet it says that my gold membership will expire on 7/19/17.

Is there something I am missing?

Canceled auto-renewal, but was still charged for the month?

I canceled my auto-renewal due to low funds last month. My gold was set to expire today, 5/17/2012. On 5/2/12 I was charged $10.00 on my bank account even though auto renewal was off. Apparently Microsoft charged me, but did not give me a month in return
as my gold is expired. It says in my payment history that I was charged in the billing section of this site, so I know it is not a problem with my bank account.

I would either like a refund, or the month that was paid for when I was charged. I just do not know how to proceed. I have taken pictures of the billing accounts and my bank accounts just to make sure.

the 1st one woket fore me but on my xbox it sill says my gold is going to expire soon but this was the date be for 5/13/17 and this is the date it is going to expire now 8/11/17 so it's still a little broken but it is ok i got my time so i am good

If you had a renewing membership (of course), the billing date and renewal date are two separate things. Say your Gold membership renewed on the 15th of the month, but your account's billing date is the 5th of the month. If your Gold membership renews on
10/15, then the charge for the 10/15-11/15 term of the membership will process on 11/5. Now, if you disabled autorenew prior to 11/5, then this charge is probably unexpected. However, it is a valid charge.

I did. I'm in Poland. I paid in Hungary Ft. there are two transactions. 5000 is in my account, but 15000 not.

Um, okay I see what you're saying but I already know my months. I know that October 14, 2013 reads 10/14/13 when written that way and I know when December is. Every month I've bought a 1 month Gold, I've had to purchase it again exactly a month later, so
if it goes like it has been my expiration should be November 14.

If you check the bill pattern, you would see the confusion.

BOUGHT 1 MONTH GOLD July 17 - Expiration date August 17

BOUGHT 1 MONTH GOLD August 17 - Expiration date September 17

BOUGHT 1 MONTH GOLD September 14 - Expiration date October 14

BOUGHT 1 MONTH GOLD October 14 - Final expiration date given on receipt page is November 14, and like I said when checking website and the 360 it's saying December 14.

It is still November 14 for me, I have not paid for November 14 so there is no reason for the expiration to be December 14. If that was the case then back in July when I started buying the 1 month Gold it would have said an expiration of September 17 instead
of August 17.
