Paid for gold, got normal version

Bought gold editon Trials Rising but got normal version. How do I get in touch with someone that can help.

And one of the triggers on my elitecontroller doesnt work, can someone tell me how I can fix this. There is no option on Microsofts page on trigger, and it say my garanti is out but it isnt and no stores in Norway.

Trials Rising - Digital Gold Edition, if you've bought that version of the game, it does come with the base game, plus the Expansion Pass, the Stuntman Rider Pack and the Samurai Item Pack. If the DLC hasn't installed, then
I recommend that you try the following troubleshooting article:
View and download game content and add-ons on Xbox One

Double check your Xbox purchase history

Upgrade as pay the difference? I am not sure. You might be able to request a refund on the one you currently purchased, than get the deluxe version.

From personal experience I pre-ordered the Destiny 2 limited edition one and accidentally ordered the Destiny 2 normal version as well, paid for both versions in full. Spent about 15min with customer service and got my refund for the normal version.

That didn't work. It's still only showing I paid for the normal version when I definitely paid for the deluxe

Unfortunately the trial cannot be cancelled as it is a trial and a normal membership so it wont come up as gold in their system or even on your account. Games for Gold is always works with normal pre-paid or paid with creditcard/paypal in the XBL system.

I think the UK only get it on 30th January?

From what I've read the digital version still releases everywhere as normal, we it had better, already got mine paid for and downloaded lol

But in the regions mentioned, depending on where you read it seems people are saying anything between a 1-3 week delay for the disc version.
