    Paid for Gold, getting absolutely nothing.


    I just bought a month subscription for Gold. I have spent the day trying to play with it, and it acts as though I am not a member. I shouldn't have to look into this. Once purchasing the service, it should be available. It simply isn't. This is beyond unacceptable.
    I am furious, right now.

    WHY DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR XBOX LIVE WHEN IT DOESNT WORK?

    FOR PEOPLE WHO PURCHASE A 3 MONTH OR WHATEVER GOLD MEMBERSHIP WE SHOULD BE REIMBURSED FOR THE OUTAGES IN SERVICE NOT IN OUR CONTROL. IM LOSING TIME OFF MY MEMBERSHIP THAT I PAID FOR AND AM GETTING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN RETURN EXCEPT A SORRY ABOUT THE INCONVENIENCE.
    ITS BS AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE.

    Not free games with gold.

    You have to pay to get the games hence it not being free.

    Buy one get one free again isnt free as you have to spend originally.

    Free to me means getting something for absolutely nothing.

    A simple courtesy call or e-mail would be nice. But getting nothing is absolutely ridiculous. I've been very patient but as the old saying goes, "the squeaky wheel gets the grease." I guess I'm going to have to call, throw an absolute fit and start demanding
