Paid for gold but console and website won't change account to silver

Hi, yesterday I paid for a month of xbox live gold and the money was taken out of my account, and I was sent an email confirming the purchase, but according to the website and my console I don't have gold, even though the money was taken. I only realized
after I had done this that there was a status alert with regard to purchasing, but that seems to be resolved now and I'm still in the same position. Any ideas on how I can fix this without having to pay for another month?

today 14/08/2012 I update my silver account to a Gold Account.

on the Xbox and on the Xbox website the operation is OK and the profile is updated,but when I play with FM4 and I try to use the Gold functions (p.e. sending car design) the game says that I need a Gold account.

I try to disconnect the account on the console but nothing change...

what I 've to do?

well i just paid via credit card to upgrade to gold it saying I'm gold on website but when i go onto my xbox 360 it says I'm silver please help....

Hey there Anikun,

Since Happy Wars is a Gold Only title, even though you had it back when you had a gold account you won't be able to redownload it with a silver account once it's deleted from the console.

If there is another Gold account on your console, you should be able to download it using that account and then play Happy Wars using your own silver account.

Are you trying to connect with a silver (free) account? Playing online requires a Gold (paid) account.

if this the account then you have a silver aka free account you need a gold aka paid account to play online.

Signing up for a free account earns you a silver membership,all gold memberships are paid for.
