    Paid for games stop working


    I've purchased several PC games through the XBOX app. However, many of them later tell me that my trial period for the app has expired. I paid for the games; I get receipts. And if I uninstall and reinstall, they work, until that same message comes back in a couple of days. What's up with this?

    This is a glitch that happened with other users too.

    I would recommend you to follow the steps below:

    - Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > (Game Title that is showing you this error) > Advanced Options > Repair, then Reset.

    - Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Microsoft Store > Advanced Options > Reset.

    - Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Xbox App > Advanced Options > Reset.

    - Press Windows + R. Type TEMP and press enter. Delete all the files inside this folder. Repeat this step by typing %TEMP% and Prefetch. Delete everything on both folders too.

    - Press Windows + R. Type WSRESET and press enter.

    Restart your computer and sign in with the same account on the Microsoft store and the Xbox app.

    If the issue persists, I would suggest you to restore your Operational System via the ISO Image Tool. You will be able to maintain your installed games and files.

    Download it > Open the ISO image tool > Open setup.exe > Select upgrade > Download from the cloud > Keep games and apps.

    Do you receive any error code (like 0x00000000) with the error message or not? If so, would you please share a screenshot of it?
