    Paid for Game Pass Renewal but it's not letting us play


    We paid for the game pass for $1.00 during the black Friday sales event on November 21 or 22 using the money in our microsoft account. It had a renewal date of December 22. On that date $9.99 was taken out of our checking account through our visa card by
    microsoft. The game pass was usable up to Friday the 29th when it stated we were no longer a member and still shows a renewal date of Dec. 22 even though we paid for the new month. Our microsoft account on the website shows that it was paid. There's no sign
    of any refund going back into our checking. We would prefer to remain a member of the game pass since we like the program. It just says we haven't paid when we actually have.

    Update: It says pending under our purchase information but the money has already come out of our checking through our visa card on the 21st.

    Game not working AT ALL

    I'm having a similar issue. I bought some DLC for it awhile back and never got a chance to play it and now it's not even letting me play the game. I'm not sure how they can keep me from playing a game I paid for...:/

    Totally let the renewal deadline slip my mind, usually am on top of it with pre-paid cards. Good tip on the upgrade. I had Game Pass for a while, but I never found my self using it.

    I have an automatically renewing subscription, I just paid for the next month a few weeks ago. I’ve had game pass for over a year, and it has never worked. In all games on game pass, it doesn’t let me join or even host an online game. It always just fails, and gives no reason why.

    Gold will let you play on any paid or Game Pass games (but if you're playing games from Game Pass it's cheaper to get a Game Pass Ultimate subscription). Only free-to-play games will allow you to play without Gold.

    Yees!, I do have this sam eproblem, but never paid more attention to it, my game pass subscription is gonna end really soon so I'll take a look at those games before renewing to see if I can play them

    Pause Xbox Live Subscription?

    There is no way pause the time for xbl or game pass you already paid for. You could turn the auto renew for the subscriptions you have.
