    Paid for Game Pass But Never Got


    Hi,

    I purchased Game Pass recently but never received the security code or login email for several days. After contacting support, I finally received the login details, but they came too late and didn’t work. I’ve tried multiple times to log in with no success.

    I asked for a refund since I never had access to the service, but support declined my request. I believe this is unfair, as I paid for something I was never able to use.

    Can someone from the Xbox Support team please help me resolve this issue or escalate it? I would really appreciate assistance in getting a refund or at least proper access to the service.
