    Paid for game download and it doesn't work


    Hi guys, I purchased Need for Speed Rivals from my xbox one and after it downloaded it doesn't load past the title page. The payment came off but I either want to reload or get a refund, can ANYONE please give me advice?

    gold members unable to download

    I've paid for the golden member just now and it doesn't let me download free golden membership games, instead it let me paid for the golden member again. And even after that, I still couldn't download those free games. I want my money back for both times
    that I just paid.

    Prepaid code error 0x80153005 but the content is still available

    Thanks HyruleBalverine,

    But it still doesn't work. It appears the game my activation code should unlock IS available on Xbox Live, but it still doesn't work. I'm disappointed and bored of re-entering the same codes in the "redeem a code" section over and over again while can't
    download the game I paid for and can't contact Xbox support over the phone.

    Hello!

    The first thing I would do is check your account by going to Sign in to your Microsoft account and making sure it shows up there. If it does try doing a hard reset on your system by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds, then power
    it back on.

    Around this time we were experiencing some issues with our store reading the licenses some of our community members have on their profiles. . Which means past game you have bought or new games you might of purchased are having some issues. Check our

    xbox live status page     for any info on service disruptions. If you are still experiencing this issue please repost so we can help and evaluate. Thanks.

    LMAO I bet this is the same tripe he's been told by others.

    Sorry, it doesn't work. If this is Game Pass on the PC, I'm out. Pretty ridiculous that I can't download a game I paid a service to be able to download.

    Completely ludicrous.

    Perhaps a better word for this service would be asinine.
