    Paid for coins in Microsoft Bingo....


    I just paid for coins using my checking account in Microsoft bingo, the game crashed and reconnected me. However when it reconnected the coins were not added to my game account and my checking account was debited the amount. I have tried getting out and
    re-starting the game but the coins are still not applied to my game account. I am pretty furious right now since I can not contact anybody directly. What steps do I need to take to get this issue resolved? I don't mind spending money on an app but if this
    does not get resolved I will not use Microsoft Bingo again.

    C'mon Microsoft.......My power number comes out and I also have a "star" bingo that lands on that number and I don't get credit for that number. I paid coins for that number, it came out, a bingo star landed on that number and I don't get the power number
    to complete my power card.............really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Coin purchase not showing up - MS Bingo

    I purchased coins with my Microsoft account for Bingo and the coins are not showing up. I see the purchase on ms account page not in Bingo? Can anyone tell me where I can go for help with this?

    To clarify is this with Microsoft Bingo? Have you tried signing out of the game and back in to see if your coins are showing correctly?
