Paid for and installed GoT episode 3. Won't work.

I bought episode 3 of the game of thrones game. It is not in my games. And when I go back to where I bought it it just says "instead" but won't let me do any thing else.

Missing full episodes

so i paid for the full season of gold rush alaska... season 3... but full episodes are missing.. i got from 1-11 and then only episode 16. Where is episod 12-15. I feel that i am being ripped off since i paid to see the whole season not just whatever episodes
they felt like putting

Breaking bad

Paid for breaking bad season six, watched first four episodes now have to pay to watch the rest Called support 3 different times got 3 different answers ????? My fourth week of trying to resolve this without paying for it twice Frustrating

Hey mate,

Did you purchase the game through your console? Or online?

I would try power cycling your console to see if that helps, sometimes it kicks things into gear and gets them working again. To do this, make sure the xbox is on, hold down the power button for 10second until it turns off, and then fire it up again and
see what you can see.

Also, you can try deleting your profile from your xbox, and redownloading it, as like the power cycle, it can just kick things into gear

Thanks for trying that.

Does the game appear anywhere in your "My Games and Apps" section? Make sure to look in the "queued" section of that area too

Same thing, only with episode 3. Microsoft store says it's installed, but the game says it's not downloaded. All other episodes work just fine. Help!

Hey, I'm from England and I'm have the same problem, I paid for both the episode and season pass and the season pass is saying I haven't paid for it, and not only that but the first episode took over 4 and a half hours to download. Has anyone got this sorted?
Maybe when the second episode is out, it will let us play?
