    I paid for a years gold of xboxgold and it is saying that my subscription was over due, I just payed it like a month ago, so what the heck is going on with you guys?

    Hello Microsoft Staff,

    i wanted a xbox live gold subscription for one year so i paid it with my credit card, the problem is, i paid twice for it. two xbox live gold on the same day. so my credit card is billing me for 2 (two) xbox live gold subscriptions, can you solve it for me?
    I just need one, not 2, i have only one xbox, not two, and just play in one account, not 2. Please remove one xbox live gold subscription of my account.
