    I have proof of buying a digital copy of gta v and its not allowing me to play it. Saying please insert disc or purchase the game. Which I've already did a few months agoWith that said. I've tried uninstalling the game but it doesn't give me the option
    to reinstall. Says I need to buy. And I looked at a https//commerce.Microsoft. com/payment hub. And its there paid for

    Yeah, I uninstalled, and when I go to the store to download and install it's telling me to buy the game again. Like, uhhhh.. I already paid 100.00$ for this *** and I can't even play the game, u want me to pay for it again? No thanks..

    I purchased ark survival evolved on the game preview program and now when I go to play it’s telling me I need to buy it again which isn’t what should happen brought this back in may 2016 yet now it’s released its asking me to buy it again

    Hi, are you signed in to the console with the same account that was used to buy the game? Did you also buy the game from the same language store that your console is assigned to?

    If you have tried a hard-reboot and checked the above settings, I would recommend giving Xbox Support a call, they can check your billing history and see what is going on here. They are the only ones whom have access to your account information.
