Paid for 2 rentals but movie is not showing to view,but payment went thru my bank card

If the rental is still within the time period you can watch it.

3. Select movies.
4. Select one of the options to browse the available titles. ...
5. Browse the titles, and then select a movie to watch.
6. If you want to watch the movie, select Rent or Buy."

I paid by card, but not a credit card.

It went through iDeal, a dutch site where you can pay with almost any bank in the Netherlands.

It did not show any error the payment went exactly as it should.

Can you please check if both films are showing in your
purchase history and also if payment has been taken by Microsoft for them. If the films are showing in your purchase history or have been charged and you are not able to play the films then I would encourage you to contact the Xbox Support team by
using this link and when prompted either request a phone call from Xbox Support or Chat with Xbox Support.

I have had the exact same issue before, and it wasn't really an issue. The money showed as a PENDING withdrawal, but was rectified automatically by the bank, since my purchase never went thru. Check back with bank in (usually) 3 working days and the payment
will probably be cancelled. That's what happened with me.

The fact is that 2-3 weeks was written that unpaid subscriptions must be paid, but a few days ago the completed payment showed.

But i dont pay from new card. I'll see in my bank account but I didn't use a new card.
