Paid for 2 games about a year ago and now I no longer have them?

Basically i paid for terratech and fallout 4, completed them both and deleted them. Now i want to play them again but cant (I can play fallout 4 since it's on game pass rn). I have the credit card history for them but the order history regarding them is gone but I still have the terratech dlcs. Anybody know how to fix this

Hello again, as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and neither your account, the ideal would be to contact the Xbox service so they can verify your account and see what happened to your games.

Hello Solomonx9629, when you went to check your Purchase History, you even clicked the option filter that says: Returned/Refunded, this option is in the small tab that says "All Categories."

The game may have been refunded or returned for some reason.

GAME, as always, been going there for about 10+ years now, don't like Chips, I could always see them go under when Game came onto the scene, my 2 local Chips have closed down in the last few years, I seen it coming about 8 years ago

I have also noticed that the save feature seems to no longer be a thing. I just checked my Game DVR and it has all my recordings and screenshots from now to two years ago. I'm not sure if two years ago is the limit, since I know I have been recording clips
for longer than that, or if two years ago they got rid of the need to save the clips and the game DVR will store the clips forever now.
