Paid for 12 month Xbox live subscription, can't use it.

I bought a 12 month subscription (via code) and put in the code when it asked me and everything was fine. Then I tried to use it and I was asked to sign into Xbox live gold, I selected use code (thinking I'd got something wrong first time) put in my code
and was annoyed (to put it lightly) when it told me the Xbox live code had been used already and couldn't give me Xbox live 12 months. Then I checked on the Xbox site and it said I had 12 months Xbox live subscription. I can't actually use my xbox live subscription
now. What do I do?

Xbox live gold not working

I have auto renewal for my xbox live gold memebership and i was charged for a 12 month subscription in april and the last time i was on xbox live was late august and it worked just fine but when i logged in today it says i have xbox live free and i dont
understand how an already paid 12 month subscription isnt working anymore

Sorry for the troubles. Visit https://account.microsoft.com/services and make sure you're logging in with the correct account. If you are, then the system knows you have an active subscription (on the
account you're logged on with).

On your console, make sure you're logging into the same account you redeemed your code on.

Because I paid for a 12 month subscription of Live. I purchased one of the physical product keycode cards still being sold in stores. It should not convert to just 4 months when I paid for 12.

No,you can't.

You would need a xbox live subscription card for 1,3 or 12 months or you can pay by credit/debit card or paypal.

Currency cards can't be used to pay for a xbox live gold subscription.

Hi there,

Xbox Game Pass CANNOT be stacked like the Xbox Live Gold subscription can with pre-paid codes. Each account can only have one 12 month Game Pass subscription at a time.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. However, pre-paid cards do not have expiration dates so you are able to apply the second 12 month code after the first 12 month cycle is over.

Any retailer and sometimes even supermarkets. They all sell Xbox Live Gold pre-paid subscriptions for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months
