    I just checked my bank account and it charged me twice for Xbox live gold when I purchased it a week or two ago. I was wondering if there was a way to fix that and get my money back for the second purchase? Thanks.

    Not resolved here either. Master of fact my whole account is messed up. I have 2 different gold I have paid for that are overlapped. So pretty much I have paid double for the Xbox gold service. . That's pretty nice of them to charge me twice for a service
    that is not working

    How do I transfer Double XP Matches to my Xbox? Do I "activate" when I load up?

    You can transfer your Double XP matches to Xbox LIVE Gold Accounts for Xbox 360. Once you have banked your Double XP matches via the website, you will have to log into your Xbox LIVE account on the microsite.
    Then go into the microsite to "push" Double XP Matches to an Xbox LIVE Account. Lastly, log into your Xbox LIVE account and go into multiplayer, your Double XP Matches will begin for the amount
    pushed to your Xbox LIVE Gold Account.

    the only way you can fix that is to call 1-800-4my-xbox and ask for billing and let them know what your problem is and they will be able to take care of it for you then.

    the only way you can fix that is to call 1-800-4my-xbox and ask for billing and let them know what your problem is and they will be able to take care of it for you then.

    My son downloaded Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 5 and neither will let him log onto Multiplayer.

    If the subscription is not active in your son's account you need a separate live gold subscription if you're not able to set the Xbox as Home Xbox
    You can double check what is shared when you enable home xbox

    Live gold isn't required for free games.
    Technically speaking, battlefield is a paid game . Paid games always required live gold

    The free ones like fall guys, COD Warzone, WoT and similar doesn't have this requirement

    But Why Xbox Gold Live doesn't need to be paid with a credit card?

    I paid Xbox Live Gold without credit card and only with balance that I have. In addition, Xbox Live Gold allows the desactivation of periodic billing.

    Why doesn't the Xbox Game Pass allow it?
