    This is so simply ridiculous but infuriating me.

    i got a message that microsoft took 59,99 € from my PayPal payments account on october 10th at 10am

    i was at work then and my kids at school. The visa stated only 'microsoft payment' without further details so I thought it must have been a mistake and opened a claim with PayPal

    they put the money back in my wallet till the issue was solved

    a few days later when checking on my xbox one i noticed it was for the gold membership, so i told PayPal it was ok, and to pay microsoft

    but 2-3 days later this was still not solved : on my xbox one it showed i had no gold membership and when i tried to purchase it with PayPal it did not allow me to do so. So in order to play online i added a new payment option and paid the 59,99 with my
    visa and got the (renewal) of my gold membership to play

    so i contacted PayPal on october 21st telling them NOT to pay microsoft as i already paid them with my visa. However by some mistake they did not read my last instructions and paid again

    so i have paid twice for the same product (the membership with paypall was never delivered by microsoft). PayPal states i have to contact the seller / microsoft myself but did not provide who/where to contact (and i cannot call being at work)

    it should be easy for microsoft to check as I have paid double from the same visa card (my PayPal being connected to the same card) but i cannot find how/where to contact microsoft accounting to get my money refunded

    can anyone send me a microsoft emailaddress so i can provide the details of payment ?

    Billing Information.

    However, if it is showing you paid for your membership, please request a call from the
    Contact Us page as Phone support deal with billing issues.

    If you've paid for the membership and it was accepted then the membership should be good and you're just receiving a standard warning. It will disappear after the renewal date.

    You can double check the expiry date of your membership at https://account.microsoft.com/services
