Paid, Can't Play

I just purchased Painkiller Hell & Damnation (and it's on my "Payment and Billing" screen) and still cannot play it. It wants me to buy it once again.

so I pay $80 for this game today for it to not even be able to install, it won't even start installing. Error code after error code. Thanks alot

Hi, Sorry to hear about that,

Try clearing the cache by a hard reset as follows: Hold the power button for 10 seconds or until it powers off.

Once the indicator lights on the front of the Xbox One and the console's power brick are off, unplug the power brick from the back of your console.

Wait at least 30 seconds.

Plug the power brick back into your Xbox One and turn it on then try to reinstall the game.

I found it at the bottom of my "Active Downloads". That was rather unintuitive. I figured I could simply go to the game's page and download it again from there.
