    Not getting Microsoft Solitaire Collection Premium

    I have the same problem. Paid to upgrade but still getting ads.

    Why am I getting ads in Spanish now? I am not Hispanic. I object to being forced to listen to ads in Spanish. I tried the ad free version and kept getting ads even after I paid for ad free playing.

    XBox wont recognize my Gold time

    Also trials dont stack is if you added a 48hour one and then added a 14day one you don't get 18days

    Only paid gold membership stack

    issues with my premium subscription

    I have paid for premium membership twice and still get ads. Sometimes they are cut short but other times the full page of the ad pops up. I don't know what to do about it. I had the premium membership then my computer had to be reset and when I got my
    solitaire games back the ads started again. So I paid a second time and still get ads. What do I do? I'm not paying again!
