    I'm not entirely sure what you are asking. You used prepaid codes after signing up for a LIVE subscription purchased with a credit card, or the other way around? LIVE time stacks up to 3 year's worth at one time, so if you used a year of prepaid cards and
    a year paid with a credit card, you will get LIVE for 2 years before having to pay again.

    I bought two games on April 4th and just got the 1 gem per dollar didnt get the 2% credits of refund from MyVip Star rank, besides that I paid for a year of xbox live on April 21st and didnt get both, the 1 gem per dollar and the 2% refund. Need suport before
    the migration of the program.

    my xbox one live account has ran out early it did say to update my billing adress but i deleted them and it is still not letting me on

    But the thing I do not understand is. The ENTIRE time before all this it was 4 years and everything was all fine, and now they change it angering many of there loyal customers like myself. It's not even fair. It was 4 years before that and all but now they
    change it to 2 years.

    To what only the amount of times you paid for their service will show up but before it wasn't. Really its crap. I haven't been on live for 2 years. I've been there for 4 years.

    If you think I'm silly I take the tenure as another form of reputation. When I had 4 years it showed I was one of the guys that's been there done that. Now its 2 years it shows I'm basically just a newbie.

    I have never paid more than $45.00 a year for xbox live....there are many, many sales every year. When a good sale comes along you buy 2-3 years for good measure. I know some people who pay $60-85.00 a month just for their starbucks coffee, I get plenty
    of value for xbox live....
