    I don't want to read a bunch of crap in support forums. This is simple. I paid for the Solitaire Collection. I am signed in, but sometimes I still see ads

    FIX IT or stop collecting money for nothing.

    I'm a Premium member. I just paid my dues. Why am I still seeing those ads on my solitaire games??!!??

    Ads are not removed

    I paid $14.99 to get ads removed for a year and yet, there are still ads. What is up? If your not going to remove the ads, give me my money back.

    That's normal, but the ads could be cool, they can inform you about the sales, the game pass and the sales

    When you are gold, you have 10% in plus on the sales and you have 4 free games per month

    This month : Forza Horizon 2, Dead Space 3, For Honor and Mickey(lol)

    Even with Xbox Gold there will still be ads. That's one of the ways Xbox can run sales and keep the prices lower than everbody!
