    Paid and never got full package of items


    I paid for ESO online package that included monthly crowns and other items. I received access to the game but never got the other items or monthly crowns, etc. I have tried for months to get a customer service to help with no success in getting this resolved. In 3 months of trying to get connected for help via telephone, Xbox app, and chat assistance I was connected only once. During the call when they were getting into my account they disconnected the call and never called back. The system keeps saying that I have maxed out my calls for the day no matter how long between attempts it has been. My money was taken and the product not delivered. Does anyone know how to get this resolved?

    We need to validate the transaction first along with the item. May I ask what is the complete title of the item that you purchased?

    How can I contact Microsoft about lost package?

    Hi was told from FedEx that they can't locate my package and to file a lost package with Microsoft. They also wanted a full description of the item everything from make model value etc

    No wonder I have seen the care package early in games on certain maps but never saw a cp chopper. I usually see the item come up within seconds and people just walk past it as I do aswell thinking naghhh can't be, someone got a package already?
