Paid and CAN'T play

Discus and support Paid and CAN'T play in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; so I pay $80 for this game today for it to not even be able to install, it won't even start installing.     Can't play games I've paid for

    getting the "person who bought this needs to sign in" message when trying to play my games. I game share, but I'M THE ONE WHO BOUGHT THE GAMES!!!! Now have to wait 400+ mins for support?

    They make $$$ hand over fist and cant do better than 400 mins? won't even offer a make good after the issue is resolved just a "sorry blah blah blah".

    No good MS. No good.

    Would change their tune if all xbox live customers didn't sign in or purchase for just 1 day. I know.....but it's a nice dream.

    I can't pay my bill

    Hello, I can't pay a late bill and I paid a subscription this month but I can't play online, the problem is that, when I click on pay now and select a payment option, it tells me that the bill is paid but when I come back in the subscription tab, I still
    have the late bill.

    Answer me fast because I paid a subscription this month and I can't play.

    Hi, Sorry to hear about that,

    Try clearing the cache by a hard reset as follows: Hold the power button for 10 seconds or until it powers off.

    Once the indicator lights on the front of the Xbox One and the console's power brick are off, unplug the power brick from the back of your console.

    Wait at least 30 seconds.

    Plug the power brick back into your Xbox One and turn it on then try to reinstall the game.

    If you're installing from a disc this method usually works: Error Installing Xbox One Game
