    Paid account still getting ads


    Seriously, it's been 4 days since my account renewed and I just get the same screens and have to deal with ads. I don't pay money to get ads. I've tried calling and talking to a person about this but had to be transferred to another person and got put on
    hold for 2 hours before finally giving up. Seriously, this needs to get fixed or I want a refund. And by the way telling me, "Hope you're enjoying it," is just obnoxious when you're not giving me the product I paid for. Of course I'm not enjoying it, I don't
    even have it.

    I've attached screenshots from my fresh install of windows with all of the updates. I've clicked the search for updates button several times and nothing pops up. I've followed the steps the support page gives me to the letter several times already just because
    maybe it was on my side but nothing.

    Not getting Microsoft Solitaire Collection Premium

    Paid for Premium -- still getting ads

    I paid for a year ($9.99) through my PayPal account on Dec. 16 but I am still getting the ads. What do I need to do to get them to stop, I certainly don't want to pay again.

    I have a similar issue. I paid for the premium version on Windows 10, but Android still gets ads logged into the same xbox live account.

    I did everything I could and followed all your instructions. I even made it thru a q&a bot that specifically asked if I had paid for

    microsoft solitare but not Xbox. yet no help came, no fix. I had to repay for the Microsoft solitare inorder to get the premium banner back up and stop the ads. this is for my 82 y/o dad. Who now has over paid for his subscription by atleast 6 months. I hope you will do the right thing and comp him a free year of his microsoft solitare or atleast 6 months.

    Please fix his subscription or I will assume you cannot offer personal service for the ederly using your platform.
