    Hello.

    I am taking part in the Free Ride mission of November, as I participated in the previous month (October). But since the beginning of November there is no progress in my missions.

    Nothing I played in November appears on the My Rewards page.

    The page looks frozen showing the last game used in October.

    I can not find adequate support to answer my questions.

    The information seems easy to understand, but the achievements are not to be desired.

    I contacted Xbox Support and they were unable to resolve my issue or my Xbox Rewards account that did not update.

    Please, I hope someone can help me.

    Also I just got on the game myself. After you select 10 minutes it doesn't automatically go to the next menu. You have to move the screen to the right and choose your routines and then player info. Not sure maybe you didn't see that. The game doesn't make
    it very clear.

    Did you try force closing the game? (To do that you go to the home screen with dance central selected and hit the start button->Quit) You could also try power cycling your xbox (Holding the power button until the console shuts off and unplugging the power
    cord for 30 seconds) if that doesn't work you may have to uninstall and reinstall the game.

    When removing the power cord from back of console always unplug from power source.

    If the hard reset doesn't work use a usb cable to connect controller then go to settings/Kinect&devices make sure your controller is assigned and also check if it requires an update, Do this with any other controllers.

    Try doing a hard reset on your console. Hold the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds or until power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back into the console
    and restart. Test for results and Good Luck!
