    "Page Up", "Page Down", and "What's On ___?" not working on ...


    I just switched cable providers (Cox from Uverse), so I'm not sure when this issue started. OneGuide communicates with my cable box just fine when telling it directly to change channels or FF RW options. When I enter the OneGuide, everything works as it
    always has, except that the "Page Up", "Page Down" and "What's On ___?" don't work. When I say "Page Up/Down", it shows that it has received the command, but doesn't scroll on the OneGuide. When I say "What's On ___?", it doesn't even register the command.
    Anyone else dealing with this?

    Voice commands "Volume up" and "Volume down" doesn't work.

    The volume up and volume down command doesn't work on my current tv. It recognises the command but not following the command. The voice command has work in the past on my previous television but is not working on my current television. My brand of tv is
    Hisense and the model number is 32K20DW.

    Page Up, Page Down don't Work on One Guide

    I have the same cable box from Comcast with the X1 platform and 2 buddy boxes as they call them. I had trouble myself with the buddy box and Xbox One but I used code C1982 and it works flawlessly. Try using that code to see if it works for you.

    I reset one of the entries where C1982 can be set (the other had that code already in place), now the following is the result:

    1. I say "XBOX Show Guide", the guide appears with commands in green displayed such as "Page Up", Page Down" at the bottom. If I say "Page Up" or "Page Down" while the green commands are present the guide scrolls as expected.

    2. If I wait until the commands in green disappear, saying "Page Up" or "Page Down" do nothing. If I preface the command by saying "XBOX Page Up" nothing happens.

    The question is, why does this only work for a limited period? Is there some other setting I have failed to set?

    It isn't just you, assuming something is down. The status page the last time it was working said everything was online. Now, the status page isn't even coming up

    What should happen is on the sign up page there should be a drop down option for three months, it isn't there. I've tried opening the sign up page from the dashboard, from the email link and the browser.

    Sorry to hear it. Please be sure that the parental account is the one signing in to the enforcement page. There you will see the reason for the action and will be able to open a Case Review with the PET.

    Unfortunately, beyond that, there is nothing that anyone here can do to help.
