    I recently bought an xbox one S. It has come with a faulty controller (the right bumper does not work).

    Whenever I click on the ‘request a new controller’ button on the microsoft website after putting in the serial number, the web page crashes. I have tried this on safari on my iphone where it says ‘cookies are disabled, please enable them and refresh the
    page’. Cookies are not disabled.

    I have tried on safari on my ipad where the page begins to load but then says ‘this web page was reloaded because a problem ocurred’ - this then takes me back to the page prior, and repeats the message every time I request the new controller.

    I have also tried this through internet explorer on my xbox one, the page where I enter my details actually loads this time, but then says ‘xbox.com is not responding’. So I have tried again to recieve a message which says ‘Sorry, but we’re having trouble
    signing you in’

    Therefor from THREE different devices, the same web page does not load / crashes to prevent me from replacing a faulty controller. Has this been done on purpose so thousands of people will give up trying?

    Anyways I need my controller replaced, it is under warranty, the web page needed in order to replace the controller does not work. What should I do?

    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. If you wish to request the replacement yourself I would advise you to change the browser or the device you are using and try again; However, you can get your controller exchanged through our online customer
    support as well. You will find below the link to our online support, all you need to do is access it, click on the green button that says "contact us" and take it from there.
