    Solitaire Collection will not load after April 2018 Windows Update

    I am having the same issue after the April 2018 Windows 10 update on my laptop. I had also seen this on my tablet, but it will eventually work itself out on my tablet. Sometimes I just have to delete the app and reload to get it to work on my tablet.
    If I delete the app from my laptop and reload, it will eventually work. This only started happening about 2 weeks ago on my tablet and immediately after the Win 10 4/2018 update on my laptop. And despite the notification to find the meaning of this error
    code on the Faq sheet, it is not there nor can it be found on the XBox site.

  3. I cant reload $ download $ my already bought puzzles for some reason .

    I bought puzzles with my earned points ,,, but had to reset my laptop and now my already downloaded puzzles ( bought ) wont reload . can someone be of assistance as to why this is ?

    Can you try the following:

    Open up a private or anonymous browsing window on your browser. In the settings of your browser, delete all cookies and stored logins. Make sure you disable adblockers or Skript blockers for this session.

    Go to the payment management site
    https://commerce.microsoft.com
    and sign.

    Try to manage your card.
