Page refresh not working on play a thon

As mentioned on the registration page and our FAQ:

Why can't I access my account information immediately after registration?



While most users receive confirmation within 2 days, in some rare circumstances it may take up to 96 hours for your account set up to complete.

Since you only recently registered at the time of your post, you were not a Rewards member, and could not access that page.

Since you just applied yesterday, it is still too early to have your account set up.

it sucks the only thing i can think of is the fact that it said it might take 4 days to activate

on this rules page https://rewards.xbox.com/en-US/freedom-rewards/play-a-thon/official-rules/ they put this link http://winlists.helloworld.com/242453.pdf that is supposed to show all the winners but nothing was ever posted there?
