Paddles not responding on Elite Series 2 controller

Discus and support Paddles not responding on Elite Series 2 controller in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've tried all the trouble shooting I could think of.     Xbox elite controller 2

    Each Elite controller series 2 comes with 1 set of paddles. You can order replacement paddles, thumbsticks etc.

    Series 1 paddles, thumbsticks is not compatible with series 2.

    Please tell me briefly which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this.
    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed.

    In the meantime tell me, if you connect the controller via cable. The issue persists?

    If yes, are you able to test your controller with a different device (PC, another console, phone) and test how it goes with the paddles?

    Series X controller wish?

    If all of the series X controllers act like the elite series 2 just without the paddles that would be perfect but i’m not sure what the likelihood of that happening would be.
