    Xbox One on a Windows 10 PC? I ask because when we go through the translation, it mentions a pad. If there is a pad included, would this be a chatpad or another device being used?

    If it is the controller and it just blinks, then I would recommend checking out how to Troubleshoot your Xbox One wireless controller on

    Windows is up to date. As for the device manager, i the pad is not displayed on the list if it was not connected to the computer, and after connecting the cable, the logo on the pad starts flashing and nothing else happens.
