Oi pessoal, desculpe incomodar mas, comprei o pacote HCS com pontos d REQuerimento e ele não me foi entregue. O jogo disse que a compra foi registrada, o suporte diz que não. Vale lembrar que ele chegou a aparecer mas, quando resolvi abri-lo ele não estava
mais la. Esse pacote HCS custa R$19,00 porem comprando pela 2º vez ele se torna um pacote de 5 itens raros. Então eu perdi os 80.000 de REQ com a compra desse pacote mas, não recebi o pacote sumiu, se eu compra-lo no valor de R$19,00 ainda vou receber os 5
itens de visual HCS?

Gosto de colecionar minhas vitórias nesse jogo, seria bom ver esse pacote HCS.

It sounds like your purchase didn't go through if Phone/Chat support was unable to find it. Have you had a chance to check our your recent purchases over on account.microsoft.com by chance? Let us know if you see a completed transaction there.
