Pacote do jogo Minecraft não foi liberado após pagamento

Adquiri dois pacotes de skin no jogo Minecraft, porém até hoje nunca foi disponibilizado no jogo. Os pacotes comprados foram os seguintes:

1- Pacote De Peles Battle & Beasts 2 Do Minecraft;
2- Pacote De Aparência Marvel Spider-Man.
Qual o procedimento para liberar os pacotes?

Em minha outra conta, comprei o pacote de mapas Apocalipse do jogo Black ops 2 porem depois de baixado ainda não recebi os mapas para joga mas diz que o pacote foi comprado e não tem reembolso, apenas quero jogar !!!

Não é posivel conectar no mundo minecraft do xbox one

Quando um amigo me convida para entrar no mundo o jogo fica carregando e apos o carregamento da uma tela do jogo dizendo não foi posivel conectar no mundo.

If you search for the skin pack in the Xbox One store does it give you the option to download the skin by chance?

 

I went into the package as you suggested and get download one of the packages but marvel spider man looking package is no longer available for download
