Packs say unowned even though they're installed.

I have sims4 and purchased many packs. My entire save file is built around them and they're all shown as installed in game add ons. But in the actual sims4 game they all say unowned and tells me my save file will lose everything if I open it since the pack isn't showing. It even removed clothing in the autosave file. How do I fix this? I didn't want to Uninstall the packs in case they disappeared completely.

Albeit, even though they're free, some tweaks to the RNG and pack contents would be good.

Hi!

It says they're being installed to XboxGames in the Xbox app but I managed to get access to the WindowsApps folder anyway and found what I needed in there. No idea why it's installing everything there though when it's even in my settings to install it to XboxGames.

I have the same issue, bought a skin pack and texture pack on 360 and they won't carry over to xbox one even though they're supposed to, anyone got any help???
