Packs in account

    Gold Family pack only allowing 3 accounts

    • What is a primary and secondary Family Pack account?
    The Xbox LIVE account used to purchase a Gold Family Pack membership is the primary Family Pack account. All other Xbox LIVE accounts associated with the Family Pack membership are secondary accounts.

    To see and add family pack members:

    On your console, sign in using the Xbox LIVE account that you used to sign up for a Family Pack membership (the primary account).

    Go to Settings, and then select Family.

    The primary and secondary accounts are shown. To add or remove family members, please see

    Managing Gold Family Pack members.

    Unfortunately not, it appears the primary/lead account is always the one used to purchase the membership.

    Sims Packs Not Seen in Game

    Hi there,

    are you using the account that purchased the packs on that other console? If not then these packs won't be available for other profiles, since they can only be shared on the account that purchased the packs on the account's 'Home' console.

    In regard to pricing for the packs, this can be caused by if the account has a Gold or (Ultimate) Game pass subscription, for accounts with Gold or Game pass subscription there can be a discounted price.

    Any way to change the "main" profile on Family Gold?

    Hi, sorry but it's not possible to change the primary account on the family pack, You would have to cancel your current family pack and purchase a new family pack on the account you want to be the primary account.

    UK Gamer Tag on AUS Family GOld Pack

    You cannot add an account with a region that is different from the region of the primary Gold Family Pack account. Create a new account in the correct region and add it to your Gold Family Pack. More information can be found here >
