    Hello Verified, sorry to hear your friends are having trouble.

    If your friends are required to download the packs then it's so they can have seamless play in the world without issue.

    However, if they're having trouble installing the content or loading the game afterward I would like to request they start their own chat so we can better help them as we would need to know specific information from them to help
