Packs from servers won't download

Hi there,

Do you receive the same error when signed in to another account and profile? Also, see if the same error occurs from another device/console and try a different network if possible (a mobile hotspot, perhaps?) This would at least help to identify and pinpoint exactly what’s causing this, with any other reasons that may affect weather the downloads are successful.

There doesn’t seem to be many other helpful threads on this but I did find this Reddit thread (slightly different error message to the one you encounter, but some of the suggestions there may still help).

Just so you know, we’re mostly volunteers and fellow gamers here on the forum and don’t work for Microsoft/Xbox or affiliated to them in any way. We can’t access your account here so it would be best to contact support directly, as they can investigate and troubleshoot this further so would be able to best advise and point you in the right direction.

It would be best to contact Mojang. You can submit a ticket through the link Francia J. posted, with as much information as possible and the team will reply by email. Keep in mind support requests are handled in order of being received so it may take a few days for a response.

I have contacted the Mojang support and I got a really quick and helpful reply. They told me exactly how to fix the error. I did every step and now I can play on servers again.
